I had a completely amazing time yesterday when I hung out with my brother's friend, Nic. I spent nearly the whole day with him, setting up the internet at his place, because he had fried his harddrive by angrily smashing it at the ground rather than his sister's head, playing World of Warcraft (which I am not entirely addicted to yet because I didn't have much time to play it), watching Dawn of the Dead, giggling insanely with Nic at all the hilarious zombie parts and looking at all of his air rifle collection, not to mention an actual rifle and bullets should zombies invade his neighbourhood.

It was so great that I am most likely going to be hanging out with him again today. I can't express how cool it was. What was even cooler is that I told my folks that I would be home around 9-ish, and when I didn't end up getting home until 11:30 they didn't care. WHAT? Had I been with Josh, they would have been downright furious. They didn't care in the least. They were happy that I had a good time, and where slightly worried about the time of night, but they realized that I have had to get home late at night before and that never phased me.

All in all, I had an awesome day yesterday, which is exactly what I needed, all things considered. I am hoping that today will be another one.
